Ethiopian Yukiro Cooperative
Yukiro Cooperative was once part of an initiative in Ethiopia focused on working directly at the coop level.
It was administered by a non government organization. Their purpose was to helped the cooperative with coordinating agronomists, managers, and business advisors.
The coffees are planted in Goma Woreda, a region within western Ethiopian
with altitude between 1900 – 2100 meters above sea level. Unlike other Ethiopian coffee, which depulp
using traditional disc pulper. Yukiro Cooperative depulps their coffee using penagos ecopulper. Expect an
ethiopian that was balanced and sweet in espresso.
